Here you will find information about the Star Trek ships we use in our campaigns.

Firepower (FP) and Defense Factor (DF) are stats used in the GURPS
Space Combat System 2nd edition. The third edition of this
supplement changed the system, discotinuing the use of FPs  and DFs.
The new system uses cDAM, cDR and cHP. These are the actual weapon damages,
damage resistance values and hit points ? as calculated by GURPS
Vehicles, for example ? divided by 100. Since I am not an engineering
major and neither me nor my players have the time or patience required to
design Star Trek ships using Vehicles (a good reference book, but a bit impractical
for its purpose), I decided to use the ship stats found in Last Unicorn Games'
Star Trek: The Next Generation RPG. They are much more intuitive and
simple, but still allowing the flavor of a Star Trek adventure. SO, the combat
system in my campaigns uses the rules of engagement found in GURPS Space
3rd Edition (maneuvers, skill checks etc), but the ship stats of Star Trek:
The Next Generation RPG (weapon damages, shield values, power consumption)
? an almost seamless match, by the way. The only exception is the Size stat.
Although I keep it, I also list the GURPS cSM (space combat size modifier)
which I use in lieu of the former.
The descriptions below will include both set of stats, being more complete
for LUG's game.  More ship descriptions can be found at TrekRPG's
    Utopia Planitia Yards link.
