You are the Counter hero to gather to this site since April 5th, 2005.

This campaign is set in the continent of Westeros, from George R.R. Martin's A Song of Ice and Fire series of fantasy novels (A Game of Thrones, A Clash of Kings and A Storm of Swords). It began five years before the events in A Game of Thrones, in the year 293. Now it is 294.
It uses the Unisystem Westeros notes that I wrote-up.

History: Rolland Sylver had a quiet childhood at Moonwatch. When he was eleven, he went with his father to a great tourney at the Gates of the Moon. There he met Marion Burlington, and the two became fast friends, in spite of the enmity between their houses. During the tourney, his father, Lord Willem, arranged for him to become squire to Ser Brynden Tully, Knight of the Bloody Gate. Rolland was knighted at the age of 15, by the Blackfish himself, after displaying unfaltering bravery during a skirmish with the mountain clans, where he killed two enemies and took a wound for Donnel Waynwood. After that, at the suggestion of Ser Brynden, Ser Rolland became ward of Lord Hoster Tully. At Riverrun, he became a good friend of Edmure Tully.

HOUSES

Here you will find new noble houses with which to populate your version of Westeros. As the game progresses, the information here will be updated. The game information section uses the house rules found in Unisystem Westeros.

Fenways of Coralkeep
There is no mistaking the Fenways’ origins – they are blood of the Rhoynar through and through. The founder of the house, Elyria, arrived with Nymeris’s ten-thousand ship fleet and soon carved a place for her among the sandy shores of southern Dorne. Like Nymeria, Elyria married a Dorne man, called Fredrik Fenway, and helped him turn his house into a minor power by vanquishing rival nobles like the Wave Lord and the Salt King. It was her who bade him build Coralkeep, a small fortress atop a shore cliff overlooking the ancient tower of Wavehome, which belonged to the Wave Lord. The Fenways married mostly with other families of Rhoynar stock and eventually thinned out the Andal blood. Master sailers, the Fenways have a ship, the Wavebreaker, and several small sailboats at the service of their liege lord, the Martells. Besides the salt mines it controls, this Dornish house also breeds some of the finest southron horses.

RHEMORYS FENWAY, Lord of Coralkeep, Vanquisher of the Wave Lord and the Salt King
–– his wife, {LADY ELDARA}, of House Gargalen,
     –– their children:
–– SER ALMERYS, the heir to Coralkeep, twenty-five years of age,
–– his wife, NYMALA OF LYS,
–– their son, DEMORYS, a boy of seven,
–– SER ALAOR, his second son, called the Merling Knight, twenty-two,
–– SER ALANTYS, his third son, twenty years of age
–– ALMERIA, his only daughter, called the Storm-eyed, seventeen,
      –– his siblings:
          –– {SER FREDRIK}, his younger brother, married to {SHIERA OF TYROSH},
               –– their daughter, ALYRIA, twenty-one,

–– his household:
–– MAESTER GARLAN, counselor, healer and tutor,
–– DONNEGAL DOYLE, captain of the guard,
–– AEDRIK OF HOLLOWTREE, master of horses,
–– FINN, called BLACKHAND, captain of the Wavebreaker,

Burlingtons of Stonewall
House BurlingtonFounded by the legendary Raymun Redaxe, the Burlingtons are an old house that once commanded all the land between the Moonwatch Pass and the Coldwater river. Five hundred years before the Targaryens set foot on Westeros, Raymun won his lordship by defeating the mountain clans that roamed the northwestern part of the Vale and keeping it safe from then on. The Burlingtons kept their presence strong for nearly 400 years, but later generations failed to protect the domain. This caused the house to lose part of its lands and the silver mine it controlled to the Sylvers, begeting an enmity between the families that lasts to this day. Raymun built his keep adjoining the ancient stone wall erected by the First Men.

WESLEY BURLINGTON, Lord of Stonewall, Master of the Whispering Wood
–– his wife, LADY CONSTANCE, of House Wainwood,
     –– their children:
–– MARION, his eldest daughter, seventeen years of age,
–– AGATHA, his younger daughter, fifteen
–– EPHRAIN, the heir to Stonewall, twelve
     –– his household:
–– MAESTER AETOR, counselor, healer and tutor,
–– {SER ALAN GRISSOM}, former captain of the guard, disappeared just before being uncovered as a bandit leader,
–– {SER DAEGAR HAWTHORNE}, a Westerlander knight, suitor to Lady Marion, died of a hunting accident

Sylvers of Moonwatch
The Sylvers trace their ancestry back to the First Men, like many of the Vale families. They won their fief when Ser Karrel Sylver and a few soldiers singlehandedly held back, for a whole month, the hordes of mountain clans that poured down the Moonwatch Pass during the Targaryen conquest. Their feat so impressed the Arryns that they granted the minor house the right to exploit the silver mine near the Pass. This grant formerly belonged to the Burlingtons of Stonewall and the act begot an enmity between the families that lasts to this day.

WILLEM SYLVER, Lord of Moonwatch, Defender of the Moonwatch Pass, Warden of the Silverrun
–– his wife, LADY MERIAN, of House Wainwood,
     –– their children:
–– SER ROLLAND, the heir to Moonwatch, a ward of Lord Hoster Tully, nineteen years of age,
–– TYTOS, second in sucession, a ward in a Stormland house, seventeen
–– ANNARA, apprenticing with the Gates of the Moon Maester, a girl of ten
     –– his siblings:
–– SER BERNARD, his younger brother, formerly a knight under Lord Nestor Royce
–– LADY DARLA, his younger sister, married to Ser Rudolph Hardyng
     –– his household:
–– MAESTER LYONCE, counselor, healer and tutor,
–– WENCEL BORRAN, Captain of the Guard, Master-of-Arms,
               –– his son:
                    –– MARTYN BORRAN, a boy of 14
–– SER MATHYS LANDERLY, Steward, Uncle to Lord Landerly, an eldery knight of 69,
–– CERDIK SNOW, bastard son of Greatjon Umber, a sworn sword of the Sylvers,
