Unisystem notes to run a Planetary: Elseworld campaign.

Character
Attributes: 20
Qualities/Drawbacks: 25/10
Skills: 35
Powers: 120

Qualities
Activator
10-point Quality

You have the power to activate, or shut down, seedlings. This requires touching the target and making a Simple Willpower roll that can be added by a Special skill called Activation. The target resists with a Willpower or Constitution (not doubled) roll. Note that this Quality does not confer any kind of posthuman detection ability.
Century Baby
10-point Quality

You were born on the turn of a century and are immortal. You have +1 to all your Attributes and can raise them above normal limits, do not age, regenerate your CON per minute in Life Points and has 5 levels of Resistance against diseases and toxins. However, your nature must remain a secret or you will be hunted.
There’s a purpose for your existence: you are part of Earth’s immune system. Because of that, you have a deep, powerful and unconscious psychological imperative to protect the planet. This does not mean you are a model citizen, just that you will set aside your priorities to defend Mother Earth.
Coda Training
10- or 15-point Quality

You were trained by one of the Coda, an elite group of female warriors that were also called Amazons in Ancient Greece. Besides the unique martial arts developed by the Coda, the training may also include special techniques that awaken latent abilities in humans. Basic Coda Training gives +1 to all three Physical Attributes, Fast Reaction Time and the Martial Arts and Melee at level 2. It also grants a level 1 Contact with the Coda and one level of the Knowledge (Coda) skill. Purchasing the first level of this Quality makes the character an ally of the Coda, since they would only teach those they deem worthy. As such, he is expected to act towards the Coda in a manner similar to the first level of the Honorable Drawback.
Coda advanced training increases the Contact Quality and the Martial Arts, Melee and Knowledge skills by one level. Characters with this level of training are considered full-blown Coda and are expected to help the sisterhood when necessary. This Quality can also serve as an excuse to buy the following abilities with the Training origin: Enhanced Senses (Type), Immortality, Danger Sense and Dexterity past 6.

Ex-Operative
Variable Quality
You were a member of one of several special groups that use posthumans.

C.A.T.: You were a member of a government covert action team – probably a super-powered one. This gives you a Level 2 Contact with the branch that controlled your unit, acting as a Level 1 Contact with your former teammates and allowing you to use the unit as a source of information and equipment. You also gain the Knowledge (Specific unit) Skill at level 2. The downside is that they have a complete record of your life and abilities, including weaknesses, and will use it against you if you reveal confidential information about them. 5-point

STORMWATCH: You were once affiliated with the United Nations Special Crisis Intervention Team and left in good terms. You have a Level 2 Contact with the organization. This function as if you had a Level 1 Contact with your former teammates and allows you to use StormWatch as a source of information and equipment. You also gain the Knowledge (StormWatch) skill at level 2. The downside is that they have a complete record of your life and abilities, including weaknesses. Also, since you are on retainer status, StormWatch can call upon you in times of emergency. 6-point

WEAPON X: You were once associated with Department H’s Weapon X program. You have a Level 1 Contact with the program that allows you to use it and your fellow teammates as a source of information and equipment. You also gain the Knowledge (Weapon X) skill at level 2. As a result of the extensive training you received, you gain one level in each of the following skills: Brawling, Dodge, Guns, Hand Weapons, Notice and Survival. The downside is that they have a complete record of your life and abilities, including weaknesses, and will use it against you if you reveal confidential information about them. 10-point
