This is my first campaign using the Fuzion system. I have played superhero campaign using systems ranging from MEGS to GURPS. All of them have strengths and weaknesses, but I never found a system that could handle both street-level and cosmic-level superheroes adequately. It seems Fuzion can do that. So I am using it in this campaign.
This is a traditional superhero universe, but there is a catch: there was a major battle at the end of 1999 and most of the major paranormals of the world died (I know, this is similar to the Champions: New Millenium setup, but it was a different threat). That left a vacuum that had to filled by the up and coming paranormals, independently or in groups. This campaign is about the adventures of one of this new groups, the Silver R.I.N.G., based on Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

	ADVENTURES & ENCYCLOPEDIA
Players were given the standard amount of points
listed in the Champions: New Millenium (C:NM) book. That is: 65 character
points (CP), 50 option points (OP) and 45 power points (PP). However, instead
of using the C:NM powers plug-in, I opted to use Jason Dour's Heroic Abilities
Plug-in (3rd release). There was no Rule of X enforced and players were pretty
much allowed to create any type of character they desired within the context
of the campaign's world.         Silver is the R.I.N.G. branch responsible
for operations in South America. The group is based on Rio de Janeiro, but its
members can come from any part of the world, although, preferably, they should
be from Latin america.      A summary of all the major events in the history
of the Silver R.I.N.G.'s world.      This section records the adventures of the Silver
R.I.N.G. in its constant battle against injustice. It is presented in the format
of a comic book series, with each game session representing an issue of the
  book.
